In de afgelopen jaren is een record aan vastgoedinvesteringen gedaan in Nederland. Op basis van data verzameld door Vastgoedjournaal.nl is hieronder de top 100 samengesteld van kopende partijen naar totale transactiebedragen.
Alleen al de top 10 heeft in 5 jaar ruim 11 miljard euro geïnvesteerd. In totaal is de top 100 in deze periode verantwoordelijk voor ruim 32,6 miljard euro oftewel gemiddeld 6,5 miljard per jaar.
